Late delivery of cylinder and improper response

I am a customer of Cooking Gas Agency since a very long time. Recently when i booked for a refill cylinder they said it would be delivered within 10 days. Again after 10 days when i called them they said they would deliver the cylinder on next day. This next day answer went on for another 15 days and whenever i called them. Finally when the delivery boy came he was not behaving well and i was totally irritated by the way he spoke to me. I strongly believe that my cylinder was sold to someone else in black and after so many reminders they finally gave me the cylinder. The deilvery boy asked for money once again after paying the bill which was very shocking. This happens quite often. They ask us to pay service charges frequently whereas until today no one has come to check our cylinder tube. The staffs working in the agency and the delivery boys do not know how to talk decently. They are always rude. The Agency owner should definitely look into this seriously, otherwise he might loose his business very soon.
