DELAY IN REFILLING THE CYLINDER

I am one of the consumers of indane gas and our agency is COOKING GAS AGENCY, MALAVIYA AVENUE, THIRUVANMIYUR, CHENNAI. i booked for a refill cylinder on 15.09.2010. they don't give us any booking no. or waitlist no. Till date (01/10) i have not received the refill cylinder despite remindfing them several times over the phone and going to the office in person. i am facing this problem with the said agency each and every time.whenever i call them they are discourteous and don't give a proper reason for the delay.
i don't know whether the owner of the agency is aware of the situation. the employees who take the bookings are very rude. It is hightime concerned person who is incharge of the agency looks into it and take proper action.
