Poor response and failed customer handling

Dear Sir,

I have booked a cylinder (DBC) against my gas no. U 28462 dt. 01.07.05 through Upkar Gas service, K-block kidwai Nager, Kanpur- 208011 vide their DBC booking no. UPSO/443 dt. 11.04.09.

I am a service man at private Industry at Kanpur and can not go usually to know their DBC is open or not BUT it is open now from last one and half months and they saying that they don't have cylinder at their end to provide me. They have alreadfy given me 3 dates to know about this i.e. Ist Jan'10, 15 jan.'10 and now Ist feb.'10 but still there is no response from their end.

Their contact no. is 0512-2615352 which can be tried but most of the cases it repeats 'this no. is busy, pl. stay on the line' and somehow if ring goes there is no body to pick the phone.

This is severe harassment to a customer who is following up for regular needs. Every 45 days I am facing the problem with my empty cylinder and most the cases giving extra money to brokers etc.

Is there any rule or system so that a customer wont face such problems? please do the needful and arrange to get delivered the extra cylinder to me.

Also, the behaviour from the agency persons are not good. On complaining about telephone etc. they misbehaved. Are they not bind with any code of conduct?

Hope, you must do needful for above problems so that the name of INDANE will not disperse such poor responses by agency persons.
