Weak stucture of building

I am residing at Trimbak garden CHS.ltd. in P&T colony dombivli east. Recently we had carried out structural audit of our building as there are major cracks on the columns & beams of our building. As per the report a through repair work needs to be done to enhance the life of the building. On the 14th of March about 50% of kitchen ceiling slab plaster fell down in the morning at around 8.45am when my wife was cooking in the kitchen. Fortunately she survived. A emergency meeting was called by the society on the 17th to discuss in detail about building repair work. In the meeting except myself no body agreed for major repair work as per the audit report. Only minor crack filling work to be done immediately was the decision.

Hence I was forced to vacate my flat on safety reasons.

As per the attached photos the severity of the problem is highlighted.

Request to advise further action against society only to benefit the life of the building.

Note the building is only 14yrs old.
