UNATTANENDING COMPLAINT BY PUSHPVIHAR JE

It is drawn to your kind notice that I have been complaining to repair or replace two window doors of quarter No.128 Sector-III, Pushpvihar, ew Delhi for past 8 months through customaer care of CPWD. After the complaint lodged, the customer care of CPWD gave complaint numbers and the rep of pushpvihar JE came and assess the complaint ensuring that they would come back to make it right soon. Once they went back we cannot see the shadow of them. As such a lot of complaint lodged to pushpvihar JE through CPWD customer care. But the reputed Engineer not ready to get these window doors make right or replace. And now the one winter season is going to be completed and we tolerate bone freezing cold. Till date none has come to make it right. Now where should we complain to get it right as actual official, s response is like this.

2. However, I submit this complaint hoping that your good self will ask the concerned CPWD official, s this irresponsibility.
