Wrong commitment

This pertains to Order No. 900683817 placed on 23/09 but till today i.e. 12/10 I have not received the Cutting edge. After calling the customer care n number of times I received the same reply "You will get the product shortly" or they simply put the call on hold till you drop the call. But amount already deducted thru my credit card The company is a total cheat and swindler. Already complaint raised 61058773 If you want a product buy it from the market.
