Illegal Construction

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that Flat no: 70, DDA-SFS flats, Mount Kailash, East of Kailash, New Delhi which is under construction had dug deep on his flat area basement which will endanger the flats above. Had also encroached common area and built up about 100sm. and provided with a huge commercial generator and constructed a huge big structure which not only produce air pollution but also noise pollution. How can a residential colony can be permitted with such a huge commercial set up by Kholi. Kholi Diognistic center people are claiming that DDA, MCD and Police had given clearence for this illegal construction AND THESE PEOPLE ARE ALSO THREATENING WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF ANY ONE IS QUESTIONING THEM. It is requested to take necessary and prompt action against this illegal activity. If any mishap happens then the authorities will be solely responsible. Gurucharan Bhatura and Gyan Singh
