A broken drilling machine has been sent by Rediff. I have sent the snaps of the broken product and outer package to rediff customer support. Until today no proper response received from Rediff. There is no assurance given by rediff to replace the product or refund the money. I have logged the complaint to Rediff within 24hours of receiving the product. Still waiting for their reply. Please any one let me know how to escalate the issue to next level and get the solution quickly.
