I have booked 2 bhk flat with Nirmal Nagari a project of Niraml Ujwal co.op.society, Nandanwan, Nagpur. Flat was booked in Dec.2010 and that time builder has commited to give possession till Dec.2011. It was oral possession. But in registered agreement to sale no time limit was mentioned. Now it seems that it will take another 2 yrs for possession. I am paying my home rent as well as EMI of bank loan. I want builder to bear the interest of bank loan till he gives the possession.
