NOT WORKING DUE TO POOR NETWORK

I had a very poor reception in my area University road meerut. So as suggested by cable operator i purchased DEN Digital box @ 1200/- approx

However after install it worked for a month only as now it always shows error message like transmission error which is due to poor network.

when i file a complaint with den they said to contact cable operator to enhance cable line however the cable operator have no fix for it . as a result im unable to use the box and my investment got wasted. And as den CUST SERV said its area constraint i cant use it to other place like noida. also the device is returnable but non refundable.

Kindly suggest what should i do with the box.
