Non Delivery of gas cylinder at the time

I have booked my refill cylinder on 02/04, which is 6 days late after due date on HP any time I.V.R.S @9990923456 but i don't get my refill cylinder on 18/04 but I got confermation message of gas refill delivery (delivered vide cash Memo no. 4591) on 14/04 at 3:33 pm.

I try to contact him on above all contact no. but no response. Now I am tired so Plz solve my Problem as soon as & take some action. Sir mujhe black mein gas leni padh rahi hai, aisa har baar hota hai.
