Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I was getting average bill when my electric meter was faulty approximately Rs. 1000/- every month. During the period 03-07 to 03-09 they sent me an inflated average bill of Rs. 2447/- Which was at least two time higher then normal average bill. And they told me to pay the bill as it will get adjusted to next bill, Which I paid on 22-09. It has not been adjusted till date.

I request you to kindly look into the matter & order to concern person to adjust the inflated average bill.
