Dispute in enectric bill in energy Charges

Respected sir/ madam,

I am having a Domectic electric connection the consumer no is B081055. Category A (DM-U). My total units is 811 units. I have some dispute in Energy charges for the month of Sep, Oct, Nov 10. in the bill it is showing as Rs 1294.22 for Sep 10, Rs 1288.90 for Oct 10 & Rs 1288.90 for Nov 10. The total comes to (1294.22 1288.90 1288.90 = Rs 3872.02) which is totally mismatches as per as the rate slab which is mentioned on the back side of the bill.

As per as the slab mentioned at the back side it is as follows: (1st 75 units 232 next 75 units 261 next 150 units 310 next 150 units 362 next 450 units 382)

So the calculation will be { Rs 75 * 2.32 = Rs 174 (1st 75 units) 75 * 2.61= Rs 195.75 (Next 75 units) 150 * 3.10= Rs 465 (Next 150 Units) 150 * 3.62= Rs 543 (Next 150 units) Rs. 361 *3.82 Rs 1379.02 (Next 361 units) So Total comes to (Rs 174 195.75 465 543 481.32 1379.02 = Rs 2756.77)

Total extra charges is Rs (3872.02- 2756.77 = Rs 1115.25 which is not accepatable.

I do hereby request you to kindly investage the above mentioned bill and rectified as soon as possible. As the due date is 15th Sep 10.
