Transfer of service from one distributor to another without intimation

Dear Sir,

I am K. Krishna Murty, with mail ID as- kkmurty65@rediffmail.com. I have a domestic gast supply with consumer no-M-020539. It was with Samatha shiva Shakti Enterprises, Kothapeta, Saroornagar, Hyderabad. It was later transferred to Aishwarya Gas AgencyMalakpeta, Hyderabad by changing the Con. no to 658193. Now I understand that it has been transferred to another at Karmanghat. In all these instances I was never informed, thus making the consumer to face difficulties in booking a refill.

it became very difficult to get the contact number of the new agency at Karmanghar.

It is not understood why such transfers are being made when the nearest Gas distributor to my residence is near Kothapeta, Saroornagar.

I have tried to book a refill to day (22-06-10), but they have failed to give me a booking serial no.
