Fraudulent trade practices run ny the company

This company portrays itself as a recruitment agency. We had registered with them and paid them for a nanny for our baby. As per the written terms and conditions of the company, they were to provide for a nanny within 15 days from the date of registration and in case they are unable to provide one, they shall refund the registration fees within one month from the date of registration.

In my case they have not provided any any and its been two months. I registered on 28th Feb. In spite of repeated call and follow up, they have not provided me with any answer or refund.

all my attempts have failed and now they are not interested in refunding the money.

This company is into fraudulent business.

It seems like me there are many others who have been duped by this compnay.

Please help me.
