The builder is a big time lier. he has not completed his first project even in 4 years. charged unrelaisti money to provide power connection

he said he had to pay bribe to UPCL so he will recover it from flat buyers. BIG LIE

forced to register flat with his own lawyer who charges rs 12, 000 per flat for registaion in noida office of treasury.
