Handle not working hence useless

Have purchased a set of easy mpo from starcj in july by Rs 1500.00 but the handle of the same is now not working hence the full set (un-used) is now useless .cosutmer care no. of easymop ginven by rep. of starcj is not responding. so starcj may either get it repaired Or the may refund Rs 1500
