Voltage Drop

Sir,

we are staying in Pallikaranai Jeeva nagar 3rd street, we are facing low voltages at night time. Since the transformer is Old which was given for 40 homes but now there are currently more houses. Need new transformer for our area to overcome the voltage drops Kindly do the needful
