NON COMPLETION OF PROJECT

Ladies and Gentleman,

INFRA housing Pvt. Ltd in Kochi is a builder whose projects have not taken off in the past few years. Though he has completed good projects until 2003 the projects undertaken after that is not completed.

I had booked for a project which was launched in 2006 which us still standing skeletal. I had made my booking and paid all the money for this project. The project is just casting done till 13th Floor.

The owner George is the Chairman of the Kerala Builders Forum (KBF). He has taken up projects more than what he could chew. He is in a mess now and does not have a liquidity of even 1 lac.
