DISTRIBUTION POINT INSTALLED ON MY WALL W/O ANY CONNECTION AND INFORMATION

I m attaching my e mail which was send to nodal.ncr@airtel.in several time and till time no reply has received from air tel i m looking for the person who will help me in this regard...

Dear sir

This is regarding my complain that out of my house one Distribution Panel has been installed that too without informing me and i dont have connection of Air Tel at my home, i complained several time at 121@airtel.com this id was given from your customer care centre at Greater Noida and after 3-4 reminders i did not get any reply from air tel than i visited your Noida Customer care centre at Sector 18 who asked me to send mail at this id . so i am writing again at this id that please remove that DP from my wall otherwise i will getit removed and i have already given letter regarding this in Greater Noida Authority also pls take immediate action on this
