Not working and demanding money for replacement of parts while on guarentee period

Sir,

I have purchased Eureka Forbes water filter aquaguard RO Reviva on 29.04.10 Bill No 027699 in the name Senthil Selvi phone No 9942616826.

Last 6 months four times it created problem, the service man attended the fault.

When it is not working since 1 week, after complaint also the problem is not rectified and the service man is demanding Rs.3000/- for change of parts even while on warranty period. Please do need ful to rectify the faults.
