I had purchased water filter from Eureka forbes 2 months ago for 11, 000/- but after installation it is leaking from top and water is not getting filtered. I have called their customer care for at least 15 times for repair but surprisingly no one came for repair. at the same time, complained through website also but to my disgust, there has been no action and I feel cheated. As a consumer, what are my rights, please help me out. I cannot afford 11, 000/- rs getting wasted. My contact no. is 9740831249
