Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner Euroclean WD Model motor problem

Hi,

I purchased Euroclean WD (Vacuum Cleaner) on 3rd June (Order form/Receit No:-256026676) from sales representative named as Praveen (Mobile: 919886753945). Very soon, it was found that the Vacuum Cleaner was faulty and caused fuse blowout at our house every time switched ON. This problem was reported to Eureka Forbes representative Praveen.

Seeing no response from sales representative, a formal complaint was filed at customer service centre (Complaint Number:- 83103743) on 26th June. After repeted followups, a technical representative named as Pradeep visited our house on 4th July. After looking at the problem it was told to us that this was a known problem and I should talk to higher management to get the model replaced.

I was given number of Mr Vinay Kumar (919900571810) and also a person named as Jyothi. Again repeted followups with Mr Vinay Kumar and Jyothi, I was told that a mail is sent to higher management for replacement approval; later I was told that the approval has come but stock is not there (this was told by Mr Vinay Kumar on 15th July). Till date there is no update.

I never expected such bad a customer service from a company like Eureka Forbes who is operating in india from 1982. And as the Eureka Forbes website (http://www.eurekaforbes.com/aboutus/aboutus-profile.aspx) writes "customer is the sole focus of our business", I was dissappointed to find a poor customer service provided to me.

I request all not to purchase "Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner Euroclean WD Model".
