Very poor after sales service

I have taken annual maintainance contract with Eureka Forbes water purifier. My purifier is not working properly. I lodged compaint with 39883333 complaint no being 83503934 around 28 august. After that, I have been calling them almost every alternate day (almost 6 times till now) and everytime I am told it would be done next day (It has still not happened). The company seems to be every irresponsible towards its customers and the after sales service is very pathetic. I even spoke to the supervisor and he told that he will call back in 1 hour. I never received any call, so I called up again today and I was told no senior person is available to talk to you. I am not out of ideas on how to get my purifier serviced.
