Prepaid recharge not updated

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my prepaid mobile number two times i.e.

on 24.02.2010 for Rs. 299 &

again 29.02.2010 for Rs. 299

Both the amounts have not updated in my account.

I have tried to call vodafone helpline but they are not able to help me out online.
