FAULTY MACHINE

Hi,

My name is RKRavi, I bought kent perl ro by submitting the request online and kent representative (name -Shahnawaz, phone-8860631948) installed the ro system on 24th july and without checking the system they collected the money and left my house by saying when tank become full throw the water and after that u can use the water for drinking. After some time when water tank became full the machine did not stopped the supply of water and water came out from the top then i talked with all the representative but no one has taken this seriously and finally they are not picking the phone. now what i want either my machine to be replaced with newer one or they return my money back immediately as faulty machine cannot be installed in the price of 16200/-
