Late delivery and poor customer care staff

I sent a consignment to madhyapradesh on 22 oct as per claim it should have reached destination satna within 2 working days, when i checked i came to know they have upadated the destination wrongly, even on talking to them they kept saying the consignment is goin to right place, now even after 4 days it has not reached the destination, on calling to customer care they assure after getting updated data we would call you and consinee back but they never called.
