Non delivery of letter within time

I booked a consignment from first flight courier ltd., surat (gujarat) on 06/10. the destination station was Faizabad (UP). However, on contacting my family members at faizabad i learnt that the same was not even delivered on 09/10. The transit time calculator on firstflight.net shows that it will reach on 08/10 but even today it is 09/10, the same has not been received by my family. they are charging so high in comparison to some other couriers and taking time equal to them. It is a clear cut failure in providing service
