Non Delivery of Gas cylinder After booking 21 days

This is for the kind notice, to the concern authority to take action to the Distributer of LPG Domestic Gas supplier namely Fuels India -- chennai, Gopalapuram area. Reguraly every month he delayed by booking period of 21 days extra 10 days Tottaly 31 days he took Dlivery to next delivery. Actuly by the company norms of 21 days of booking period it self making insufficient of gas supply to run cooking, iam with a family of Six (6) members .know the school are started, The trouble cause by the (Fuel's India) Distributer by taking 31 days to deliver a Gas cylinder is making me to run a family very difficults .i request to the concern authority to take action and stream line delivery time of 21 days with the Distributer or forward the mail to the concern authority to take action. For the current monty June I have bookedon 09 06 2010 till today i have not receive the Gas refill, last 4 days iam contacting by telephone (044-28117496& 04428112248) &requested to send Gas cylinder but they are not responding. my consumer number -9495 Booking Waiting list number -81 booked on 09 06 2010 know iam arranging food from out side to my family . the distributor should be compensated to the consumer by delaying &neglecting his duties &service, thanking you yours faith fully
