The builder has refused to provide many facilities that were mentioned in sales brochure for Raison Armor Homes, Indirapuram (Ghaziabad). Now the builder has started a new project "The Essentia, Bhiwadi ".

Prospective buyers first visit the Raison Armor Homes, speak to people there before taking a decision to buy any flat / house from this builder.

May commitments that builder is not fulfilling are:

1. Not provided club

2. Refused to provide colling gas pipeline

3. Has not built medical emergency room

4. Is not building guest apartments

5. Has not constructed security cabin on main exit gate

6. Charges higher than UPCL Board power tariff

7. Not quality materail used resulting in cracks in flats

8. Broken tiles in flats / society

9. charged Rs one lakh for EEC and not provided enough power back-up and transformers

10. Does not share actual power bills, society approved maps / plans, etc.
