EXCESS ELECTRICITY BILL

Respected Sir,

i have a complaint about excess electricity bill for which i am not used so much. being a naval person i use to provide govt accommodation at chennai near fort railway sation . when i take over govt. accom. the meter reading was 8370 and when handed over it was 8915, means i utilized only 545 units in my tenure of 10 months . and as per existing policy 100 units /month are free to naval persons.after giving all documentary proof and fact stating letters they deducted Rs.5000/- (Apprx) from my salary which is highly objectionable. so it is requested that matter may please be looked at your level and necessary action may be initiated.

my quarter no at chennai is Suraj P-19 G Tenure 16 Apr 09-05 Mar 10.
