I want to concern with you my Customer No. is 223823 and my gas booking #686829

I booked gas for home delivery on 29.12.09 but till today 12.01.10 not delivered. In this connection, number of times reminded to your Gas Agency. They many time say " APNE SELF LE LIYA. CYLENDER KA TRACK NAHI AYA HAI, KAL BHIJWA DENGE This is not first time, we always have to remind while phone numbers always busy. This time my both cylinder are empty and my family is in very much trouble. In this regard, you are requested to take necessary action against gas against Gujarat Gas house Kamla Nagar delhi 7, and arrange to provide filled cylinder at the earliest so that we could cook the food. I hope you shall take strong action and instruct to them for not repeating this type of mischief otherwise I shall be knowing the door of Court.
