BAD AND AROGANT STAFF

I have Bharat gas connection at Madam Enterprises at Madiwala, Bangalore.

My consumer No is 37243. Their service is very poor. The telephone lines of the above agency are not working 25635984/5 are not working the other two line 25635982/3 are very busy all the time. It is very difficult for us everytime to go to the office to book/collect the gas.

I did my last online booking on 24/03/10 and have not recieved it till 26/042010. There are many such customers in that office with similar complaints.

I request the authorities to take necessary action to enable all the customers to book the refill through telephone and also to get door delivery in time.
