Indane Gas Agency Complaints - Customer harassment!

I am having a Consumer No. M-37528 with the IIT DELHI, Indane Gas Agency. I booked for Gas cylinder on 10.08.6 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 01 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. Also. they are not picking the phone, when i am trying to talk with those people.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come next time and again.
