I have purchase a Water Purified System from Genpure Model: Ultima
S.No. GP118998 through the agent CV Traders, Appavu nagar, Tally Road, Hosur on 22nd June. I have problem in getting purified water, due to chock inside the machine. No response from the agent after several calls. During purchase, three general service visit was assured. Only one visist done without prior notice, and further service is denied by the agent. Kindly look into the issue.
