Fake Complaint against our company

We understand that a complaint against our company has been posted on the Net by a "Joseph Chandy" who claims to have booked an apartment in one of our residential projects.

As per our customer database, we do not have a client by this name. We also have not received this complaint on our website or by our Customer Service Department.

"Mr Joseph Chandy" claims that our company has not completed any project after 2003.To put the record straight, we have completed 6 projects since 2003.The seventh, Infra Foreshore, which is a luxury apartment project is being completed in the next 30 days.

" Mr. Joseph Chandy" has told prospective clients not to invest in our projects. We would request readers of " Mr. Joseph Chandy's" complaint, that they take a decision based on genuine facts & not on the basis of anonymous postings on the Net.

We are also taking appropriate legal steps under the Information Technology Act to proceed against "Mr. Joseph Chandy" for having posted such baseless comments, affecting the brand equity of our Company.
