No installation for a week

Purchased Godrej locks on 26-5 on the promise that Godrej installer will come and install within 24 hours. On 30-5 request with Godrej customer care was lodged when I was informed that one will install the same on 31-05. But nobody turned up. When contacted over phone, every day he kept promising that he will come next day. Today one full week has elapsed and I am told that somebody will come and install today. There can no poorer service than this kind.
