Refrigerator's Outside part heated and upper door friger noicy sounded

I Jagdish Godbole, residing at Nagpur have purchase Godrej Refrigerator Model No. 230 lit. 25AY 1009290269 with warranty period on dt. 15/10 from your authorised dealer M.K.Traders, Ayachit Madir Rd, Mahal, Nagpur- Phone 2769460. After 3/4 month from purchasing, upper door friger part become noisy sounded and outside part of fridge become too much warm.

Therefore i request you to sort out the problem as soon as possible because we believe that the godrej refrigerator product is the best as compare to other refrigerators. we are godrej refrigerator customer from last 22 years and before that we are not faced such type of problem in our old godrej refrigerator.
