Delay in Installation

I bought one Godrej Ultra tribolt for my house on November '09. That was written installation is free. I contacted your call centre (No: 1800225511) for a mechanic to install the same on 14.12.09. As per the confirmation of customer executive within two days your lock will be installed. But no one was turned to our house for installation. I again complained on the same no. on 16.12.09, they said your call was registered at Bomaby and you have to call at Delhi office. But No one was come till night. Again I called to Delhi office, customer care executive told me your problem will be solved today itself. But on 17th Decem. they said the technican has alreayd started to your home and will rech around evening. But unfortunately no body was come on 17th evening. AGAIN I CALLED TO DELHI OFFICE, as per them today is not possible to take your compliant but tomorrow our tehnician will come. I asked them to Sr. officials no for complaint the same, but they did not give me. After a long querrel one Mr. Navjot called me and confirmed that my man will come to your home on 18.12.09 at 10. amm. Thanks the lock was installed.

Please look into this matter seriously, because Godrej is a big customer related company and this type of response will effect your business,

Now I decided that DO NOT BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCTS IN FUTURE
