Unwante cutting of balance and deactivation of numbe

Sir I m Sourabh Singh Shekhawat living in delhi and the reliance number I was using IS 9555686798 I m having dis number from past 6 months and it is issued against my moms id proof.

This is to inform you dat on 1 of april I got a deduction of 28 Rs in my balance got 0 paise, I neglected and got recharged of 50 Rs and what the hell on 3 of april again 38 Rs were deducted and my balance got 0 paise.

Then I contacted the customer care he assured me that my balance will be repaid to my number of total sum 54 Rs as I never activated any scheme, Forgot the repaying of balance the reliance has deactivated my number (blocked my sim) when I visited nearest reliance world located in Paschim vihar, Jawala heri, Delhi the attendant there opened shop at 11 am while the timing should be 10 am as per the info given on enternet. Also the guy was really rude and never paid attention to my complaint he was busy on phone with someone and asked me to wait for half an hour.

After half an hour I asked him to help me he rudely checked the details of my number and replied that you are not using this number that is why it is deactivated………really dats not done I m really horrified by your pathetic system of fooling people, so please do the kind act of solving my problem, or else nothing worth cud be done no matter how many ANNA HAZARE wud cum infront 2 help the mankind.
