Complain about fitting of Pipe line

Respected Sir / Madam

Sub: Instillation of new Connection at Rajkot city.

with reference to the above i have applied for new Connection (registration No.1984908 Dt.08.02.2012) at my Resident per application & Proceed thereof paid by me for the same

and, GSPC Gas Contractor are done haphazard fitting and make totally negligence by their contractor/plumbers. Meter is not hang in proper position and it is in cross position. Pipe line also in cross position. Moreover I have said them before fitting, not to fit pipe line in my: Malia", as on that place it is place for drawer useful for kitchen. But, they did not agree with me and made fitting of pipe line at that place. As per my knowledge and belief, Pipe line is have to be in open position and not to be covered by any thing. But at this place i need to cover my " Malia" by making there drawers/cupboard to storage my kitchen things. I think, they made this just to make pipe line's length more, as above 10 meter it will need to bare by consumer.

and i have done so many compliant telephonic ally and through sms to concern contractor as well as main officer Mr. Piyush Patel about that. But after passing of more than two months. my complaint yet not solved. They do not agreed to attend my complaint at my convenient time too. May be company not interested to give me connection. If they cant do any, why gas supply opened from main line

Communication between me & Your Rajkot Branch there is a one type of Regular Reply that it is under Process of Table Change. How ever i had remind so time over my Mobile & also Telephone encored the amount to get Instillation as communication cost.

I want to start my gas connection with correct fitting of my pipe line as per rules and regulation at my convenient time after giving me time in advance and to remove the unnecessary long pipe line at your cost.

please instruct according to your Department, Pls solve my complain at earliest otherwise i need to use my legal rights to resolve the same.
