Not picking a phone

I am Hetal Shukla, I have LPG connection of Har Siddhi agency, ghatalodiya.

All most since last five months for booking gas they even not picking phone.

I don't know wherether they put a phone a side or talking or what???

Every time we have to go there and book the cylinder.

The staff it self is very rude also...
