Improper electrical supply

I'm a resident of Pinjore (Near Shiv Mandir -Shiv Colony) dharampur. Household electrical supply is a menance here. Problem is that we had never seen 220V supply in last few months. This case is evident every summer season from April to september. Getting even 140V supply is even tough here. Situation is so worse that sometimes voltage drops to 100-110V.Residents tried to speak to S.D.O and other concerned person from the deptt but all in vain. At such voltages its almost impossible to switch on your tubelights, run a fan, cooler etc... And this has happened with lot of us, with me too.
