We bear a connection with Gokul Gas Agency for Indane Gas. There are several issues with the service of this agency, however due to geographical location, we do not have a choice but to register with this agency. following are the major complaints against Gokul Gas Agency:

1. Gas bottle is not weighed by delivery man in spite of repeated requests instead we are given a very indecent reply. we doubt the gas weighs less than that mentioned in the bill

2. Gokul gas agency service desk never answers calls. telephone lines are either constantly engaged (perhaps receivers down) or not received

3. Every gas bottle leaks on delivery. on insisting to change the bottle, the delivery man refuses to do so.
