Abnormal Delay in Delivery & Indirect Refusal to Give Bill

There is abnormal delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency (of atleast 30 days or more). When one follows up, they say that they did not receive the order at all. They don't give us bills even when we ask for it and charge us more than what is the bill rate. I have a consumer no. for domestic and commercial and the agency guy tells us that there is a rule stating minimum 21 days to take the next order. but the problem is when we call him to give the order after the stipulated period, there is atleast a 30 day delay in delivery or else no delivery at all. We haev to go and forcefully collect the cylinder or else beg and borrow from neighbours. We have finally decided to move to another Gas brand and are applying for the same shortly. But there is no guarantee that we will not face the same problem there. Pathetic service, a problem that is very deep rooted..
