Puriet Water Purifie

I have bought new Hindustan Lever's Water purifier on 09-Jan, and I have lodged the complaint to assit me in using the purifier as we are not able to fix the purifier (proabably a manufacturing defect with the purifier) but however till date (14-Jan) no body as come to attend the complaint and on top of it i got a message that the complaint was resolved, I have called their customer care several time but they would say 1 day, 2 hrs, 3hr etc and we get a message saying that the complaint would be resolved in 48 hrs, we are not able to believe what they are saying, Approximately i have called them 5 to 6 times but they are not bothered at all to assit the customers

I think i have made a wrong choice in picking up this purifie
