Poor delivery

I have an Hindustan petroleum gas connection for about last 7 years form singla gas service (customer id-517021) since last month 29/11 the delivery of gas cylinder refill has been erratic is delayed beyond one month. I have only 7 cylinder refill's for the year 2011.And only nine cylinder refill for the year 2011.There was no continuous service after 29/11.Besides delivery was making after 2-3 trips to the office. I have to borrow cylinders from friends and relatives. I want to assure that we get monthly delivery in time.
