No response to new connection on HP Gas website

I had registered for a new connection on the HP Gas website http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in. Till date I have not received any communication from them. The status on the website says "Pending for Approval". I do not understand how long do they take to get an approval???

The distributor - Gaurav Enterprises - is not even aware of this website! They say they do not know about this and have stopped accepting new connections!

It is really unfortunate that we have to depend on these so called navratans who are not even interested in creating a new customer.
