Irregular supply of LPG gas

Respected Sir

I am bonafide customer of HP (LPG Gas) ltd. My customer no is 606888 with Stefco gas service lko. I booked for filled cylider on 1/7 booking no alotted me by SMS was 215673. on 3rd september i recieved another message that your refill will be delivered in 48 hours and your's cash memo no is 22060.on 5/7 again message recieved by us that your gas refilled deliverd vide CASH memo no 22060 if not recieved pls lodge complain on 9889623456 when i lodged complaint on this no a new booking no again allotted to me 216478 on 5/7 but still today i have not recieved any refill cylinder from the dealer,

So, Please kindly see to my problem and convey it to authorised departments, so that they can take certain actions against the dealer.
