Supply of spare parts for GAS stove, is not function corrected

Respect sir,

In 26/12, Mr. Selvakumar (9715779788) representative from HINDUSTHAN BUSINESS CORPORATION, after showing authorised card from Hindustan Petroleum corporatation. On the basis, i can allowed to change various parts inclusive of Burner, Tupe, etc amount of Rs. 600 around though bill no 5 88/26. But after two days, Burner was not working prroperly & Tupe also cut, etc all parts not working properly. Regarding this, i have already approached officer address mentined in Invoice are 45, Ponnusmay Lane, elementary Scheeol, IInd street, Karuvampalayam, Tirupur- 641604, thorugh phone no: 9788604649 & 9095473467. But, they are not responded & some time, they using bad word... Now again, i call from my mobile no: 9600997177, no body response.. Therefore, i am working in office, i am not possible to make direct complaint.. therefore, i made this compliant... Please solve this issue.. If required, i have orginal bills for above..i can produced..
